Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

This policy explains how Charity AI Partners handles personal data. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, please ask.

Who we are

Charity AI Partners is a trading name of Richards AI Partners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17131734. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at darren@charityaipartners.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you.

  • When you use our contact form: your name, email address, charity or organisation, role, the income range you select, and your message.
  • When you email us directly: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
  • Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider processes limited technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site securely. We do not use this to identify you.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a discovery call, and to discuss whether we can work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your data for marketing without your clear agreement.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your device’s IP address when a page loads. No other third parties receive your data through the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Enquiries are handled by email. If we use a form delivery service to receive contact form messages, that provider processes the message on our behalf under a data processing agreement and only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as we need it: to respond, and where relevant to manage an ongoing conversation or engagement. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email darren@charityaipartners.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
